with vast amounts of data being gathered every day and from all aspects of the society, people need statistics to help make sense out of the information collected. the beauty of statistics is that it can be combined with virtually any other discipline, whether its science, medicine, computer science, sports, finance or engineering. as the awareness of the importance of statistics continues to grow, so does the demand for statisticians and statistical expertise.

unb saint john offers general introductory statistics courses covering the core elements of statistics, specialized introductory statistics courses as well as third and fourth year courses designed to fit the needs of students working on major projects, heading to graduate school or looking for employment in the industry.
