program description
anthropologists study humans: who people are, what they do, what they say, what they look like, and what they believe in.
at unb, anthropology is a holistic discipline, meaning students will examine humans, both past and present, as biological, cultural, and social beings. students will explore three central subfields – sociocultural anthropology, archeology, and biological anthropology – and students will have access to the expanded lab facility that includes a vast collection of human, hominid, and primate teaching specimens.
