the departments of geography and urban studies and planning is conveniently located in the same building, blend their expertise to offer students a flexible, wide-ranging dual honors degree. the bachelor of arts in geography and planning combine the social, cultural and political elements of human geography with the applied, practical edge of a planning education.
the first year will help graduates establish the foundations of their knowledge of human geography and planning. in the second year, they will develop their understanding of economic, social and political geographies, along with the planning policies and market processes that shape towns and countryside.
