this innovative bsc (hons) international hospitality and tourism management course combines core business and management studies with specialist hospitality and tourism modules. 

in the business modules, students will explore the approaches and techniques vital to managing and running an international business. the specialist modules give students a detailed appreciation of the unique features, opportunities and challenges of the hospitality and tourism industries.
