sociology and social anthropology are as engaging as they are insightful. taught by expert sociologists and social anthropologists, this academically robust social science course explores the connections between societies and cultures all over the world. it will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of key sociological and social anthropological areas of debate, such as kinship and family, religion and ritual, politics, power and inequality, gender, race and ethnicity.  students will explore sociological and social anthropological perspectives on important contemporary issues, such as globalization, post-conflict interventions, migration, terrorism and protection.
