the b.a. prepares students for positions in the criminal justice system (e.g., law enforcement, courts, corrections, probation and parole, and juvenile justice), other government agencies (e.g., policy and planning, crime research, and investigation), and private sector organizations. students who wish to go on to graduate education or law school have found the criminal justice degree a useful and relevant preparation.

supplemental pre-professional tracks are available for students interested in pursuing further professional education. if there is interest in one of these tracks in addition to the degree, please let the recruiter know. the options are:
