the spanish language is of enormous social, political and economic importance. today, there are close to 500 million speakers of spanish worldwide, including in spain, latin america and north america.

students in the spanish program will develop spanish language skills and learn about the literary and cultural heritage of spain and latin america.

this language course teach students to use spanish in a professional or conversational capacity. small classes of fewer than 20 students provide plenty of opportunities to practice their speaking skills. courses also give insights into a wide range of periods and genres of spanish literature, cinema, history, culture and civilization. experience the spanish culture through exchange opportunities or attend one of the spanish club’s many cultural events.
