be well-equipped to solve some of the world’s increasingly complex problems and moral questions. in the ba in philosophy and religious studies, students will study a broad survey of major figures and ideas in philosophy as well as in the major world religions, with in-depth studies of those figures and ideas that they find particularly attractive. students may emphasize either philosophy or religious studies, and pursue a tailored program that prepares them to go to graduate school or directly into a rewarding career.
