You will undertake a core of learning in Applied Science as well as the opportunity to specialise in your desired Science related pathway. The pathways include: • Biology • Chemistry Students who successfully complete their Applied Sciences HNC Chemistry pathway have a guaranteed place on the second year of a BSc (Hons) Chemistry at the University of Salford. Those students who successfully complete the Applied Sciences HNC Biology pathway, also have a guaranteed place at the University of Salford on the second year of one of the following degrees; BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences, BSc (Hons) Human Biology and Infectious Diseases or BSc (Hons) Zoology.
