Progression Summary
Benefit from your own 360-hectare classroom, gaining hands-on experience with the latest farming technologies on our commercial farm. You’ll develop business and management skills in both livestock and crop production, with opportunities to study international farming systems on overseas work placements and a study exchange. The course is ideal for those who want to progress into an international agricultural management career, helping to increase global food production in a sustainable way whilst making a profit. You’ll gain professional experience in the workplace, with opportunities to undertake work placements with supermarkets, abattoirs, feed companies or agronomists across the UK and overseas. Many students get their graduate roles with the businesses they completed their placements with. Recent graduate destinations have included agronomist, farm manager, agricultural enterprise management, food security and safety, and consultancy.
