You’ll examine the challenges of space flight and the benefits of using the space environment. You’ll study aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, dynamics and materials, the design of spacecraft, payloads and space dynamics, and will carry out a practical rocket design exercise. If you choose the MEng degree, you’ll continue to deepen and broaden your expertise in Year 4, with studies that include the design, cost, logistical and operational implications of space missions.
