this pathway is designed for students who wish to study in the areas of biological engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical science, pharmaceutical science and many more. you will study two core modules, one mandatory module and two of four optional modules.

applicants must normally be 17 years old but will be 18 years old by the end of the programme.
an english level of council of europe b1+ proficiency level/igcse c/ielts 5.0 or equivalent. ielts 5.0 overall with no less than 5.0 in the written component and 4.5 in the listening, speaking, and reading components
Biomedical Engineering (Beng)
Students must achieve a distinction and at least 80% in all modules on the Engineering and Science pathway.
The pathway must include UNI008 Mathematics (Higher) and at least one of the other science module.
Electronic and Computer Engineering (Beng)
Students must achieve 80% in all modules on the Engineering and Science pathway that must include UNI008 Mathematics (Higher) and at least one of the other science modules on that pathway.
Mechanical and Sustainability Engineering (Beng)
Students must achieve a distinction (i.e. at least 80%) in all modules including UNI008 Mathematics (Higher) and at least one of the other science modules on that pathway.
Mechatronic Engineering (Beng)
Students must achieve 80% in all modules on the Engineering and Science pathway including UNI008 Mathematics (Higher) and at least one of the other science modules.
Data Science (BSc/BS)
The pathway must include UNI008 Mathematics (Higher) and UNI012 Computer Science.Students must achieve a distinction and at least 80% in all modules on the Engineering and Science pathway.
